Not necessarily. The difference may include commission, promotions, refunds, taxes, tips, delivery charges, service charges, or adjustments. The calculator compares two totals; the statement explains the individual lines.

03Does the calculator show restaurant profit?

No. It shows the difference between statement sales and statement payout. It does not calculate food, labor, rent, software, fulfillment, or other restaurant costs.
