Privacy Policy
Plain-language details about what NewMain receives, why it is used, how long it is retained, and how to request a correction or deletion.
What NewMain receives
Public directory listings may contain business names, categories, descriptions, addresses, service areas, hours, phone numbers, websites, social links, menus, pricing, photographs, and other facts supplied by business owners or authorized sources. Account, listing, claim, ordering, and administrative flows may receive identity, contact, authentication, business, menu, media, claim, review, offer, and order information.
Growth Consultation requests
The consultation form receives first name, last name, business name, phone number, email address, city, state, and ZIP code. It also creates an opaque client key in session storage and a one-way source fingerprint from limited request information. NewMain uses those technical values to prevent abuse and recognize an accidental duplicate submission. Consultation records are visible only through the administrator lead queue. Submitting the form authorizes NewMain to respond to that request; it is not a separate promotional-marketing opt-in.
How information is used
NewMain uses information to operate the directory, respond to consultation requests, verify and manage listings, provide account and ordering features, prevent abuse, troubleshoot and secure the service, and comply with valid legal obligations. NewMain does not sell personal information.
Nearby location and session storage
If you choose “Near me,” your browser may ask for location permission. Consented coordinates are held in your browser’s session storage to calculate nearby results. NewMain does not put those coordinates in the page URL, send them to a configured analytics destination, persist them to the application database, or intentionally include them in application logs. Opaque campaign-attribution values and the consultation client key may also remain in session storage until that browser session ends or the value is cleared.
Analytics and technical operations
The public content site has no configured website-analytics destination as of the effective date. Its vendor-neutral event code does not itself transmit usage events to an analytics provider. Hosting, database, file-storage, authentication, mapping, Telegram, ordering, and monitoring providers may process limited information needed to supply and protect the features that use them, under their own terms and privacy practices. Identifying a supported tool does not imply an endorsement or partnership.
Public listings and authorized imagery
Approved business listing facts and authorized images are intended for public display. Account credentials, internal moderation information, source fingerprints, opaque client keys, and private administrator fields are not. A business owner or rights holder may request a listing correction, removal, or image review using the contact details below. NewMain may ask for reasonable evidence of authority before changing a listing.
Retention
Consultation details, their one-way source fingerprints, and opaque client keys are retained for no more than 24 months after submission. Account information is retained while the account is active and for no more than 24 months after closure. Listing records are retained while published and for no more than 24 months after removal; order and related support records are retained for no more than 24 months after completion. Security and operational logs are retained for no more than 90 days. A record may be retained longer only when reasonably necessary to meet a legal obligation, resolve a live dispute, or protect the service from fraud or abuse; access remains limited to the relevant purpose.
Requests and contact
To ask what information NewMain holds about you, request access, correction, or deletion, or raise a privacy question, email privacy@getnewmain.com or call (856) 887-3025. NewMain may verify your identity or authority before acting on a request and will explain when information cannot lawfully or safely be changed or deleted.
Security and changes
NewMain uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. This policy will be reviewed when the service, providers, or data practices materially change. The last-reviewed date is August 8, 2026.
