Terms of Service
These terms govern NewMain’s public directory and account features. Any paid Growth Partnership begins only under a separate written agreement.
Directory and listings
NewMain provides a discovery directory for approved businesses. A free listing is distinct from the paid Growth Partnership. Submission does not guarantee approval, placement, traffic, ranking, sales, or continued publication. Businesses must provide accurate information and have authority to provide submitted text, images, menus, and links.
Accounts and access
Users are responsible for authorized access and activity through their account or connected Telegram identity. Claim, owner, and administrator permissions may be verified or removed to protect the service and listing integrity.
The Growth Partnership
A consultation request starts a fit and scope conversation; it commits neither party. Paid work requires a separate written agreement defining the setup fee, fixed monthly fee, scope, access, approvals, production limits, third-party costs, payment, ownership, offboarding, and minimum commitment.
Third-party platforms
Google, DoorDash, Uber Eats, WhatsApp, Telegram, hosting, ordering, mapping, payment, and other third-party tools remain governed by their own terms, eligibility, fees, availability, and platform decisions. NewMain is not endorsed by those providers merely because it supports their tools.
No prohibited or guaranteed outcomes
NewMain does not provide fake reviews, misleading listings, fabricated claims, or platform-policy circumvention. Rankings, ratings, review volume, traffic, orders, revenue, marketplace fees, and customer behavior are not guaranteed.
Owner responsibilities
Business owners remain responsible for verifying facts, prices, menus, hours, policies, claims, access, legal compliance, fulfillment, customer service, and timely approvals. NewMain can only operate systems for which it receives appropriate access and truthful information.
Acceptable use and service changes
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, submit unlawful or deceptive material, scrape protected information, impersonate another person or business, or use NewMain to violate another platform’s rules. NewMain may reject, correct, suspend, or remove content or access when reasonably necessary for safety, integrity, legal compliance, or service operation.
Ownership
Business owners retain rights they hold in the material they submit. They give NewMain permission to host, format, reproduce, and display that material as needed to operate and promote the listing. NewMain retains its rights in the directory, brand, software, layouts, and original materials. A separate Growth Partnership agreement controls ownership and licenses for paid deliverables.
Availability and limitation
The directory is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NewMain is not responsible under these public-site terms for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from directory use or a third-party platform. Rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected. A signed Growth Partnership agreement controls the warranties, limits, dispute process, and governing terms for paid services.
Questions and disputes
Please first contact NewMain at privacy@getnewmain.com or (856) 887-3025 so the parties can try to resolve a concern directly. Applicable mandatory law governs these public-site terms where a separate signed agreement does not control.
Changes
NewMain may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements materially change. The effective and last-reviewed date is August 8, 2026. Continued use after an update means the revised public-site terms apply from their stated effective date.
