Growth Partnership capability · Owned commerce

Give customers a clear way to order through a path you control.

NewMain connects menus, calls to action, ordering technology, tracking, and customer permissions so direct ordering functions as a system—not a buried button.

Plain-language definition

What this capability means.

Direct online ordering is an owner-controlled path that lets a customer choose items and complete an order outside a third-party marketplace. Marketplaces may still play an important role; the objective is an intentional channel mix with accurate menus and clear customer choices.

Direct answers

About direct online ordering.

01Does direct ordering mean leaving delivery marketplaces?

No. Marketplaces can remain useful discovery and fulfillment channels. NewMain helps define an intentional role for each channel.

02Does NewMain process the payments?

No by default. Payment processing and platform fees are provided by the selected third-party system and remain subject to its terms.

03Can direct ordering support customer retention?

It can create a clearer owner-controlled relationship, but any follow-up must use accurate permissions, approved tools, and appropriate consent.
